I had such a fun stay! The cozy atmosphere and the cool games area really made it special for my family. The unique decor and the fantastic room service food were highlights! I would definitely come back again!

The spacious Signature Quadruple Room was perfect for our family, accommodating four adults and one child comfortably with its built-in bunk beds. The stay was enhanced by the delicious traditional shabu-shabu that we enjoyed at a nearby restaurant, making it a satisfying and convenient experience. However, clearer directions to the hotel would have helped navigate our arrival better, and the noise from the surroundings could be quite disruptive at times.

I appreciated the chic decoration and accessibility features of The Chicago Hotel Collection River North. The spacious common areas made it easy for me to navigate comfortably, and I loved the vibrant art on display throughout the hotel.

I had an enjoyable stay in the Classic Full Room. The location perfect for art exploration, allowing me to easily visit nearby galleries. Though I encountered some morning noise, the vibrant atmosphere and helpful staff made up for it. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

The rooftop terrace offers stunning city views, perfect for a nighttime gaze at the skyline. The community kitchen area is well-equipped, allowing guests to prepare their own meals, adding a unique touch to the stay.

Check-in dragged on longer than expected, leaving a bit of a sour taste right from the start. The lack of a restaurant or bar on-site, despite being advertised, felt like a missed opportunity. Noise from a nearby train tracks disrupted sleep, and the absence of a fridge or microwave in the room limited convenience. The mandatory resort fees incurred for amenities like drinks had little value, especially when supplies ran low. The room itself felt a bit dusty, and the overall maintenance could use an upgrade.

Had an amazing weekend with friends exploring the nightlife in River North! We visited a local art gallery and roamed around the vibrant bars. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious. Definitely a great spot for large groups wanting to enjoy the city together.

However, I encountered a bit of noise from the nearby L-train, which my friend experienced more than I did due to our room placement. Make sure to request a quieter side of the hotel during check-in!

I loved the community kitchen that was open 24 hours. It ! The expansive recreational area in the basement was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Plus, the themed decor added such a vibrant energy to the space!

Perfect for a cozy getaway

I loved the cozy vibe of the cafe and the shared kitchen was great. Made some late-night grilled cheese sandwiches and sipped on delicious coffee while just chillin in the common area.

It wasn't cheap but considering the experience, I'd say it was still acceptable.
